Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud services.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver user-centric features.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and security protocols.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
