Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for mission-critical applications
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Python and cloud platforms
- Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
