Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop environments across 100+ users
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Manage helpdesk tickets with 98% first-call resolution target
- Train end-users on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Texas driver's license for occasional off-site support
