Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices architecture using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead full-stack development of SaaS platforms with React, Node.js, and Python
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance using CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2/GDPR)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frameworks
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP certifications preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
