Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead architectural decisions for high-throughput payment processing systems
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS products at scale
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
