Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical troubleshooting support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within the IT service management system.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.
- Conduct regular system updates and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not mandatory.
