Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software applications using Python, React, and cloud-native services.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
