Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems (VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Manage ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) with SLA adherence
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system outages
- Conduct remote and on-site system installations/upgrades
- Train end-users on new software deployments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and VMWare
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software conflicts
- Experience with ticket management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid NY driver's license for occasional on-site visits
