Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead complex code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug and resolve critical production issues, ensuring 99.9% system uptime.
- Conduct architectural research and evaluate new technologies to keep our stack cutting-edge.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Deep understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
