Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and implement best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime across all platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code testing and debugging to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
