Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring strict adherence to milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans proactively.
- Communicate project status, risks, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control for outsourced deliverables.
- Implement Agile or Waterfall methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the technology or hospitality sectors.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
