Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed resource requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines as necessary.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Prepare regular status reports, presentations, and documentation for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT or Consulting sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Experience managing projects of significant complexity and budget.
