Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a direct hire capacity (5+ years).
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams of 10+ members.
