Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Communicate project status, risks, and results effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Implement and enforce Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, or CAPM) are a plus.
