Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Fort Worth, TX, and North Carolina.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- Report project status, metrics, and achievements to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- PMP or PSM I certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support team integration between Texas and North Carolina locations.
