- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks associated with the 2026 operational transition.
- Analyze complex datasets to forecast trends and provide data-driven recommendations for resource allocation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the 2026 period.
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee the implementation of new operational frameworks designed for long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or operations leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully leading major organizational transitions or strategic initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic planning software.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Masterās degree preferred).
