Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.
- Drive process improvements and implement Agile or Waterfall methodologies as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the tech or corporate sector.
- Proven experience in direct hire or senior-level project leadership roles.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
