In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge engineering and strategic business objectives. You will be the steward of our most critical roadmap, ensuring that Project 2026 delivers breakthrough innovations ahead of schedule and under budget.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Project 2026, defining milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical progress to executive leadership and external partners with clarity and confidence.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks and technological risks early, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Resource Optimization: Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and drive process improvements across the project suite.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously assess emerging technologies to ensure Project 2026 remains competitive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex, high-tech initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Robotics) and their practical applications in business.
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar advanced project management certification is required.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into strategic business value for stakeholders.
- Agile Mastery: Proven track record of managing Agile and hybrid development methodologies in fast-paced environments.
