Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and translate complex requirements into user-centered solutions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system best practices
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS applications
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research and data-driven design methodologies
- Experience mentoring design teams and establishing design systems
- Proven ability to deliver designs for complex enterprise platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
