Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior 2D Web Designer to join Nexus Creative. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex concepts into beautiful, intuitive, and responsive 2D interfaces. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create high-fidelity prototypes and pixel-perfect HTML/CSS implementations that drive user engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity 2D user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Craft engaging 2D animations and micro-interactions that enhance user feedback and delight.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity is maintained during the implementation phase.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user journeys.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D web design, interaction design, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for implementation.
- Experience with 2D animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Anime.js) and CSS animations.
- A solid portfolio showcasing 2D design work and interactive web projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
