Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all projects.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Create and present design presentations to clients, articulating the strategic value of your creative decisions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in agency or high-growth startup environments.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its advanced features and prototyping capabilities.
- Strong command of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and information architecture.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
