Responsibilities
- Visual Design & Art Direction: Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and final assets for web and mobile applications.
- Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all marketing channels, ensuring brand integrity.
- Motion Graphics: Design subtle, professional motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented pixel-perfectly and functionally.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in 2D design, graphic design, or UI design.
- Tools: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Sketch.
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating a range of projects (UI, print, and motion).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly based on feedback.
