Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and procurement
- Manage administrative staff (3 direct reports) and implement process improvements
- Coordinate executive calendar management, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics
- Develop and manage $200K+ office budget with quarterly financial reporting
- Implement health and safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead cross-departmental projects including office relocations and technology upgrades
- Create engaging workplace initiatives that boost team morale and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong project management experience with complex logistical coordination
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Certifications in facilities management or HR preferred (e.g., IFMA, SHRM-CP)
