Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement
- Manage administrative staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain office budget with quarterly financial reporting
- Implement workplace safety protocols and compliance procedures
- Lead onboarding process for new hires and office orientation
- Coordinate company events and off-site activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- BS/BA in Business Administration or related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Experience managing hybrid/remote teams
- Proven budget management with $100K+ responsibility
