Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, mail distribution, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes and maintain personnel records
- Organize executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange business travel
- Oversee vendor relationships for office services (coffee, cleaning, IT support)
- Assist with budget tracking for office expenses and procurement requests
- Support HR initiatives including new hire paperwork and event planning
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of office administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
