Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, visitors) with professional etiquette
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with vendors for service contracts and procurement
- Support HR initiatives including event planning and team engagement activities
Qualifications
