Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via Helpdesk tickets and direct calls.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, Active Directory, and security permissions to ensure data integrity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across the organization.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to monitor system health and perform proactive maintenance.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in the IT ticketing system.
- Train end-users on new software applications, security protocols, and best practices.
- Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including procurement and disposal.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 5+ years of professional IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently in a dynamic setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
