Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and update customer tickets in the CRM system in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal IT department to improve system workflows.
- Document all support interactions, solutions, and resolutions.

Qualifications
