Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure engineering excellence and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and high load capacity.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
