Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, peripherals, and applications.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to protect data integrity.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for IT infrastructure improvement and automation.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
