Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure 24/7 to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues occurring during night operations.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches to secure enterprise data.
- Document network changes, configurations, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transition support tickets and resolve handover issues.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on the network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and administration.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, and network security protocols (ACLs, IPSec).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
