- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, and SQL (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Tools: Strong experience with Git, Docker, and AWS cloud services.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
