Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over critical issues and status reports.
- Assist in the deployment of new software patches and hardware upgrades.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
