Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify high-impact opportunities and risks for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce annual Future State reports with executive-ready visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and academic thought leaders
- Advise leadership on adaptive organizational structures for rapid change
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
