Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology and market foresight strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with our R&D partners
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
