- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications for our core business verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer 2026-vision initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal/economic impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex foresight into actionable business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from University of Houston)
