- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across all business units

- Establish FutureVision's thought leadership through keynote speeches and industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight analytics team
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators to identify emerging opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in AI forecasting, climate adaptation modeling, or neurotech evolution
- Published author or recognized authority in futurism publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or startup environments
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
