Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into product roadmaps and business models
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, quantum computing, and climate resilience sectors
- Design simulation models for systemic risk assessment and opportunity identification
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Pioneer new methodologies for trend impact quantification and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact future strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR) strongly preferred
