Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong data literacy with experience in AI-driven analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., from ACFCN)
