Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for disruptive innovation across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven impact assessments
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks through preemptive strategic pivots
- Mentor cross-functional teams in foresight methodologies and innovation adoption
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology applications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
