Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (examples: crypto, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
