Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to map 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Design and lead client workshops on future scenario planning and innovation roadmapping
- Develop quantitative models for technology adoption forecasting and market disruption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026+ challenges
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive innovation
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
