Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into 5-year roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and trend analysts
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through stakeholder education
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on market position and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership within tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with cross-cultural trend analysis and global market dynamics
