Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive foresight frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into strategic product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Conduct advanced scenario planning and risk assessment for technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers to pioneer future-focused initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling software
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal transformation drivers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) strongly preferred
