Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact workshops with stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and implement innovation pipelines aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investor communities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Proven track record of influencing C-level decision-making
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic foresight projects
