Your work will directly shape multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market impact and adoption timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement proprietary foresight methodologies and analytical tools
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and client boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Experience working with C-suite executives across diverse industries
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (journal articles, books)
- Proficiency in foresight software tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scilynx)
