Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive research and analysis of global trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for client decision-making
- Collaborate with AI and data science teams to integrate predictive analytics into foresight frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic innovation
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at global foresight conferences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies proficiency
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
