Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify technological and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption forecasts
- Conduct scenario planning for high-impact variables (AI regulation, climate tech adoption, etc.)
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development pipelines
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for tech companies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
