- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and trend briefings
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario development methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, R)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism publications
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented projects
