Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight research initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends in technology, society, and markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for clients preparing for 2026+ landscape shifts
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and alternative futures
- Author high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions and innovation pilots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in foresight, strategic planning, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
